I have been working at Wipro full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    Technical Training is good.
I don't have any reason to add.

    Cons

(1)Working Hours - 9.30 Hrs, Best part is if you don't have any work or if you are in Free Pool, then also you have to be in office for 9.30 Hrs(Very Strict).
(2)UCF exam - They have this exam to give Promotions/Hikes, Best Part is if you clear these exams their is no benefit i.e. not necessary you will get Hike but if you don't clear you will be in big problem. Every Year they will change their policy on this. This Exam standard is very Poor.
(3)If you are joining on .Net Technology, they may move you in some other technology.
(4)People working from long time will feel it's their own Company, they don't have respect for others, they are very rude.
(5)If you are working on Weekend, Cab will not be provided as you are going for your own work.

    Advice to Management

Please try to reach developers and listen to their concerns. And start removing Green Tag People who are good for nothing.(Working from long time) Neither technically fit nor Management side.

I worked at Wipro full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

The learning is great. You have many trainings conducted frequently. For freshers, Wipro is a good one.

    Cons

There's some competency test called UCF, which is mandatory for Band progression. Frequent policy changes w.r.t. variable pay.

    Advice to Management

Please have different ways to assess the efforts of employees. Try to retain talented people and nurture them.
