    Pros

    1. If you are NOT looking for career growth and want a place to take a break and get away with low performance, this is the firm to be with.
    2. Cheap support firm, that will sometimes deliver.

    Cons

    1. Is NOT a consulting company, not even the consulting services arm that they claim to have.
    2. Sales people will say anything and quote a cheap price to set their foot into the client's door, after which they almost never deliver on time or the cost quoted. They fleece the clients. They deliver low quality deliverables.
    3. If you are recruited in the US, they will lie about career growth to get you in but you can expect to almost never get a promotion or get a raise because it is the firm's policy not to promote or give raises to people onshore (US) most of the time.
    4. They do not care about performance as long as you are billable. They do not match people with the right skillsets to client requirements. They usually tend to get the cheapest resource. They are almost never commited to the clients.
    5. Lacks good leadership.
    6. The firm is not invested in the employee. Almost no trainings ever. Their internal trainings are very poor.
    7. Poor internal systems will make the employee's life hell.
    8. Terrible HR.
    9. You will almost never get a response for any query that you have regarding the company processes.
    10. Overall, it is a waste of time to work for this firm if you are serious about your career. Good resources never stay more than a few years (the most you can tolerate is maybe 4 years by giving the company a chance to show that they care about you. After which you realize that they are just lying straight to your face and it just becomes a pain). Most good resources leave and it is a pool of low quality resources. You will lose interest in your work, due to such surroundings.
    11. No mentors available.
    12. They always try to cheat you off your bonus.

    Advice to Management

Please do not market yourself as something that you are not to potential employees as well as clients. It is only a matter of time before enough good resources leave the firm to damage the mediocre image that you have in the industry. I had joined the firm with the intention of bringing change and to contribute to bring a good image but realized that the home office in India is so disconnected to what really happens on the ground. There is no hope for the firm (people or processes). The people who come on transfers to the US just do not understand how it is done and they are dragging the company down.
