I worked at Wipro full-time for more than a year

    Pros

    - Lots of time to learn new knowledge and practice new skills. - The company offers helpful learning tools such as internal training system and Udemy (paid by the company) - The employee will be billed out for contract positions at many big employers in the area, which is a good opportunity to get hands-on experience. Some projects can be challenging. - 16 PTOS for new employees - Great benefits. Wipro has... great 401K match after 1 year of employment.

    Cons

    - They don't always have projects available in the DFW area, and not always the projects that fit employee's interest - The PTOs must be accrued over time. - Management and HR communication isn't always the best. Sometimes it takes a long time for people to respond to emails, or emails are ignored.

    Advice to Management

    - Improve the email communications among employee and management + HR - Sometimes there are clients visiting the office and the employees are asked to adjust their work time accordingly to the clients' visiting schedule. The time adjustment notice sometimes are sent out late that it's hard for the employee to make changes. If the notice can come in early that would be nice.
