I have been working at Wipro full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Excellent medical benefits - even money for consulting a doctor could be claimed.
    Socially Responsible company.
A string training wing. You can do well if you are proactive.

    Cons

I believe cons are same as most other Service companies
    1. Performance appraisal depends a lot on what your manager thinks about you.
    2. Decisions are not always impartial. Sometimes regional bias and sentiment are also there.
    3. Location is not fixed. You can be transferred anytime to any location when you don't have a project after completion of another project.
    4. At times delivery pressure is very high due to non achievable commitments.

    Advice to Management

You must focus on proactive training so that team is ready to take any challenge rather than facing client interviews in under prepared condition.
