Pros

For the most part, you're left alone in the store to take care of things on your own. Very little interference from management.

Cons

They pass themselves off as part of Sprint, when they are in fact an independent third party dealer. The pay is horrible and management expects you to "do your part" by working at various stores around the Puget Sound area. "Training" is practically nonexistant, and new employees are left to figure things out on their own.

Advice to Management

If you want top caliber talent working for you, you need to pay a competitive wage. With zero benefits, half the wage of an actual sprint store, and incompetent management, it's no wonder you can't seem to hold onto your employees for longer than a few months.

    Pros

Freedom to take various customer scenarios and pin point solution that turn "lose-lose" situations into a customer walking out feeling they won and their problem solved.

    Cons

Owner sold company, no longer standing as a business.

I have been working at Wireless To Go full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Not a single one. If you see this company with a job posting in your area for the love of all things good just keep moving.

    Cons

Far too numerous to name in a simple review. Upper management is completely incompetent. They pass themselves off as corporate Sprint through their in store signage (no 'wireless to go' logos at all). In reality they're a scummy third party dealer who couldn't manage a group of employees to save their lives. They pay a fraction of what an actual Sprint store would pay you, give you little to no training and if you're not performing up to their expectations (they give you no actual sales numbers to meet outside of whatever they have in their heads) they cut you lose after a month or two and continue on the hiring treadmill. They claim to offer paid vacation (which you find out is only available to you after a year of employment, and no one in the company outside of upper management has been here that long) and the health insurance they offer is a complete rip off. The list goes on and on. Simply put, please avoid this company at all costs, anything else would be a better career move.

    Advice to Management

    Just stop.
