- True hybrid work: you can be 100% remote, 100% in the office or anything in between - Great work-life balance, good vacation policy - Promising future for the company with recent advances - The team is very diverse, approachable and helpful (including management)
Cons
It's a young company, so there are many things still to be figured out. Some things can change fast, but usually for the better. Perfect for me but I recognize it might not be for everyone.

- leadership team is very skilled and experienced in their roles - but they encourage you to contribute and present your ideas as well - flexible work environment, no pressure to come into office or to stay remote - lots of opportunity to grow, I have seen other team members branch off into other departments -a product and company you are proud to represent and help build with - its a great product and customers rave how it makes their jobs easier - diverse team

Can't really think of any real cons. The company is growing very fast and that may be challenging for some individuals to keep up, depending on their roles within the company.
