Pros
Health Benefits are fully paid for which is great, but nothing else is a pro with this company.
Cons
Poor training, poor documentation. The support team is understaffed so if you come to them with a problem they most likely will not actually fix this but instead pretend it's not an issue and close it. They lie about bonuses, if they offer one in the contract, try to negotiate for more base salary. If you hit all of your bonus marks they will still not pay out the bonus. HR and management both lied about this. Upper management is rude and incompetent. They also do not pay out PTO if you leave. They say you have to accrue PTO which is not stated in the contract. There is absolutely no culture there and was one of the worst office environments I have ever worked in.
