Leadership challenges continue to impact execution and morale. Head of sales lacks meaningful experience in the space, and it shows in missed targets, inconsistent strategy, and growing turnover among strong performers leaving for better opportunities. The company struggles with the typical issues seen in founder-led startups. Decision-making is overly centralized, and the CEO would benefit from stepping back and empowering experienced leaders to run their functions effectively. Relationships with integration partners also appear strained, which does little to inspire confidence in the company’s ability to execute and deliver at scale.
