    I have been working at Wolters Kluwer full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    None. Well, they believe they are doing a good job in addressing growth and account retention but that is a complete false perception.

    Cons

    No growth potential. No upper management vision, skill, or ability to keep customers happy. No true ERM solution due to lackluster partnership management. Unable to communicate any real quantitative value to its customers on ERM solution.....because the solution is completely vapor-ware. Ask what their employee turnover is and their existing ERM customer base. Those details alone identify the WKFS value.

    Advice to Management

    Get rid of any management who believe that if you aren't happy....then leave. Try to communicate between business lines/verticals rather than compete with them. Get rid of any individual who takes more smoke breaks than actually managing teams.
