I have been working at Wolters Kluwer full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

    The PTO policy is excellent.

    Cons

For the last several years, the organization has undergone a significant reduction in force, with little to no relief in day-to-day tasks. While most people are accustomed to "doing more with less", Wolters Kluwer CCH takes this adage to new heights.

    Advice to Management

We understand the importance of maximizing shareholder value, but executive management needs to recognize that part of what will help to drive that value is retaining top talent from the bottom up. The employees feel overworked, under-appreciated, and have less loyalty to the company than ever before.
