I have been working at Wood Group Mustang full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

above average salary, decent benefits, good company for offshore experience, relaxed work schedule

    Cons

no training or mentoring program so its is not a good place to start for fresh grads, no tuition reimbursement, no room for growth because most of the managers and higher levels people are hired from other companies

    Advice to Management

put some time and money into training new employees especially fresh grads, stop hiring experienced people from other companies all the time and focus on developing your current employees
