    Approves of CEO

I worked at Wood Group PSN (More than 3 years)

    Pros

WGPSN held very high ethical standards and encouraged management to adhere to universal principles. This was when Bob Keiller was CEO.

    Cons

High degree of cronyism and nepotism amongst Scottish leaders. If you are not Scottish your advancement is limited at best.

    Advice to Management

Use locals to run local businesses rather than expensive expats with preferential salaries and benefits. Hard to make a cohesive team when you are not one of the club.
