This place will leave you in a catatonic state! You join, work hard for a year or two (or six) all the while keeping hope alive that career advancement is on the horizon, then .. wait for it .. you get numb from doing the same routine tasks over and over (and the commute to/from Doral-zuela), that pay raise never happens (others less deserving receive promotions out of cycle while you get your annual review/comp bump via email). You find yourself trying yoga, working out 2x a day, taking multiple coffee breaks to cope but nothing works. You then get a new boss (who like previous ones) gives you the robot-speech that you are valuable, there is upside, commit to the team, etc, but by now there is no belief ... you have officially entered the "burn-out zone" and now have become a marginal contributor.
Actual work and peer/superior evaluations are subordinate to kissing up, responding to emails in 2min or less, tenure at WFS, and what grad school you went to (in that order).
