For future potential World Manager employees, we have very open, fair and transparent letters of offers and contracts for employment. All terms are of course laid out in full. After 13 years of doing business, all job descriptions are crystal clear and expectations are set for the first two months on the job. The only way to not know the allowed time off, or hours of work, schedules etc would be to not read the contract before signing it. Through our most recent engagement survey, this feedback was not shared directly with the business – we have searched again through free text responses in the survey and this specific feedback has not been shared. By sharing it directly with us, we have an opportunity to resolve the issue and make changes. One of our values we hold strong is “respect our people”.
