I worked at World Wildlife Fund as an intern (Less than a year)

    Pros

    Friendly co-workers
    Beautiful and comfortable work environment
    Generous work hours
    Freebies!

What was unusual with WWF was that I always enjoyed going to work every morning. It never felt hard or intimidating. I knew that I was going to meet great people and enjoy my day.

    Cons

    A lot of "pointless" work
Encouragement that never really led anywhere

My impression is that a lot of time is easily wasted and the communication between the different departments are not so great.

    Advice to Management

Give the creative people in this organization more freedom to do the brilliant work they are capable of. Loosen the shackles.

The people at the World Wildlife Fund are not only focused on saving the planet, but all of the departments work together to accomplish their goal. They are friendly, knowledgable, an understanding of family. They are also encouraging and supportive of your efforts. The comany offers many opportunities to expand your knowledge!

    Cons

The only con is that you have to use the metro or find parking to get there.

    Advice to Management

They are awesome! No advice at this time.
