I have been working at World Wildlife Fund as an intern (Less than a year)

    Pros

It's a great place to work and the people are very friendly. The work environment is very flexible, and there are numerous opportunities to learn a lot about environmental conservation.

    Cons

Moving up in the company seems very limited.

    Advice to Management

Engage the interns with insightful and stimulating assignments. Create more opportunities for all the interns, within every department, to network with each other. Additionally, there should be more internal events that are geared towards interns.
