I worked at WorldWide Photography as a contractor (Less than a year)

Pros

Working with Santa, community exposure, new skills learned, instant hiring process (for me anyway), promotions are possible, and worked in a holiday environment.

Cons

Understaffed, under paid for the amount of hours I worked, worked in a mall, employees were mostly uneducated on how to run the camera, and repeated requests for new hires were denied.

Advice to Management

Train your employees how to run the camera, listen to your management staff, and gather facts before making any kind of accusation.

I worked at WorldWide Photography as a contractor (Less than a year)

    Pros

Absolutely NONE. Again, AVOID the place! Don't waste your time and effort applying to work for them.

    Cons

EVERYTHING. They don't care about their employees. They only care about their money, as most corporations do. Their management team sucks. They don't communicate with their employees. They expect outrageous sales to be met. They only care about their one mall out of two in the city. They did everything possible to screw over the mall I was at.

    Advice to Management

How about treating your employees well? How about communicating with your employees? Try emailing people back when they email you, and NOT just deal with your location manager. Blowing off your employees is NOT right. If you only care about one mall, why even bother having promotions in both malls? Quit caring all about the money and one mall.
