I worked at Worldwide TechServices full-time (More than 3 years)

Pros

2 weeks paid training.
good to gain customer service experience
you work 40 hours a week so pay is good

Cons

no direct hire anymore, only temp agencies, a lot of pressure if you dont get the training on the first 2 weeks. Favoritism, if they dont like you, you are gone. They yell at you when you make a mistake, no tolerance. Low pay, 9-11 hour, no raises. they dont appreciate good employees, at the end of the day they treat you like one more from the lot

Advice to Management

they are ok, but again, if they dont like you, it can be hell.

    No opinion of CEO

I worked at Worldwide TechServices part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Get certified in multiple computer technologies.

    Cons

Odd or late hours. Work not always available in some areas or scheduled all in one day, yet covering a vast area with no good time management for technicians. Bad time management at upper levels leads to poor customer service in very rural areas. Trouble calls in some areas passed on to technicians that are not trained in the equipment at the site. Low pay for travel. No insurance available even when full time hours are achieved.

    Advice to Management

Design software that sets up a technician work order schedule much like a Doctor with patients. If an opening is available contact next job to see if they are willing to move up in the schedule. Make sure that the schedule includes drive time to next site due to rural area coverage.

    Cons

as always the pay could and should be a little higher for what they require their employees to be certified in...outside of that their is not much else to add...well maybe more vacation time..
