Get left on projects for years at a time - often offsite so you don't feel like you work for the company any more Some people in the office can be abusive and nothing seems to get done about it Salaries are low in comparison to market rate Support services are very underfunded No UK IT - you have to go through Jira to get anything done by the offsite team Feels like the company I joined is no longer there If you want a promotion, you have to be super a specific type of person. If you are anything other than a born presenter, you will be forgotten about even if you are doing amazing work
