I worked at Wyndham Vacation full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Wyndham is a strong company with great employee benefits.

    Cons

Extremely poor leadership at the manager and director levels. Lots of threats and very unprofessional behavior by leaders. The morning meetings were useless & demotivating. They were full of loud rap music and a cocky director constantly stroking his ego. Wyndham can take your previous earnings out of your pay up to year after a sale and leaders do not protect reps from this. Reps can end up working 6 or 7 days a week and owing Wyndham money. There is no loyalty to employees. Leaders will issue warnings to employees for things as stupid as forgetting to clock in and these warnings mean that the employee can't transfer for 6 months. It is a total control game by the director.

    Advice to Management

    Be professionals. Lead by example.
