Sometimes the hours can be long, especially around holidays which can be hard.

    Advice to Management

Either close the site on religious holidays, such as Easter, or shorter schedules on those days.

    Pros

There are many nice people that work at Wyndham.

    Cons

Timeshare sales peopleile are just another number. The company does not take the proper method to train employees and they are quick to terminate employees. It's a revolving door and management could care less. Employees are not treated equally by management, the work environment is poor and ethical standards are very low.

    Advice to Management

The culture of the company starts from the top. All people, whether they be customers or employees should be treated with high ethical standards. The product should be able to do exactly what the sales people are trained to tell the customers it does. People spend their hard earned money just to later find out they need to spend more money to get the amount of vacation time they were hoping for.
