I have been working at Wyndham Vacation full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

People are fantastic, environment is positive, and the benefits are amazing.
It is an energizing and positive workplace. Fantastic people to work with and even though the company is quite large, you do not feel like a number. We get added benefits of vacation packages and that is a benefit
you can share with the entire family.People who have been there awhile are more than willing to work with you and help you understand the processes involved. I would recommend this job to friends and family.

    Cons

I live an hour from work and wish it was closer. The early morning commute is fine but the late afternoon commute gets long. We are so busy that sometimes we do not have time for a break.

    Advice to Management

Great workplace environment and fair managers. Communication is great but could be improved on.

I worked at Wyndham Vacation full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Workinng from home, not have to go out and spend money in gass

    Cons

When you go for the interview they never advised you that you have to pass !!!!5 TEST!!! with score of 85 and if you don't pass they give you a second chance, how ever you have to pass with 90! In order for you to start working for a company that all they say "is great working from home" yet their systems sucks! never works, they said you get insentive, how ever in order for you to get insentive you need to be green across the board in your score card. Schedule is horrible they start you week days 11:30am to 8pm sat and sun 9 to 6... They just started a club pass which they wern't ready for it, and all we had was angry customers trying to book a reservation and they couldn't. Too much to mention in here!! Just to give an idea, you may want to think twice about AT HOME AGENT POSITION

    Advice to Management

FIX YOUR SYSTEM AND EQUIPMENT! CONSIDER ROTATED WEEKENDS
