I have been working at Wyndham Worldwide full-time (More than a year)

Pros

great brand, Great people, great guests when the correctly targeted ones are staying

Cons

hours but it comes with the industry, takes a person with thick skin to work the front desk

Advice to Management

Do not promise an incentive program and not pay out, do not use favoritism for hiring from within, Lots of politics and job guarding. shameful

    Pros

    Good salary, good title and great benefits!

    Cons

    Meetings, meetings, meetings...no time in between meetings to eat, sleep, live or enact anything you talked about in the meetings!

    Advice to Management

    Give it rest and allow your employees time to live. It would make Wyndham a better place to live and grow.

    Pros

    Some flexibility to work remotely, but not on a regular basis.

    Cons

    Not much interaction between groups, employees are not very friendly and are very clique-y. I was very unhappy with my immediate manager, who would address specific issues in the open and loudly which should have been addressed behind closed doors and was very demeaning to several employees - and nothing was ever done to address this behavior.
