I worked at Wyndham Worldwide full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

great benefits, big company opportunities for growth

    Cons

forced to put job before family, overworked, disregard for employees happiness and health. Forced to take time off during only certain times. must work every single weekend and when requesting weekend off be prepared to be retaliated against. micro managing to the fullest extent. employees cannot speak their mind for fear of retaliation and must lie to everyone about their treatment.

    Advice to Management

need to be more compassionate. The job does not make you leave, the senior managers' treatment of managers is what is your undoing
