I worked at Wyndham Worldwide full-time (More than 3 years)

Pros

Money can be good if you want to lie

Cons

Sales are based on falsehoods and play acting that something is wrong with account. Don't ever expect to sleep well at night or have a personal life

Advice to Management

Most managers are in this position because they don't know how to sell anything.

I worked at Wyndham Worldwide full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

The non-managers are extremely friendly and helpful, and the place is historic, so that part is interesting.

    Cons

Management feels over entitled. They worry more about each other than the guests. If you don't kiss their butts, you get ridiculed. They also hire too many foreign "interns" that take jobs away from residents that need them. The assistant HR ladies are great, but not their boss. Restaurant managers are either incompetent or just don't care.

    Advice to Management

Do your job, don't take advantage of your position. Also, grow up. Be more mindful of the people that are actually doing their jobs and not just kissing your butts.

I worked at Wyndham Worldwide as an intern (Less than a year)

    Pros

Everyone is very friendly and eager to help you. A ton of opportunities to network and secure a full-time job. Not very busy at my job, short commute and good money. Good experience, doing the same work as the people working around you. I heard they hired something like 8 out of 10 senior interns.

    Cons

Looking for a certain type of person. I had an internship lined up for next year, but cut me loose because of some social media stuff.
