Pros

Support staff were all great people in helping you to achieve your goals. Benefits and 401K were adequate and attitude was great about 10 years ago.

Cons

Senior management runs the sales department like a used car lot, plays favorites and games with peoples lifes. Senior development/sales management lacks graduate degrees or any hotel experience whatsoever.

Advice to Management

Don't put people in senior management positions that have no hotel experience or even a graduate degree, preferably an MBA.
