Pros

The company offers many initiatives and benefits to employees. They believe on a culture where you can rely on one another and foster teamwork. Wyndham pays very well and have many things to offer such as an onsite nurse, wii room, billiards/pong room, and practically free massages. This is not even mentioning the other perks such as how generous Senior Management is with free time. Very few leave this company and its very clear as to why considering how awesome it is.

Cons

The IT department is very slow. Computers take a long time to get set up and then the system access is the the other end of the problem.

Advice to Management

Keep up the great job!!!

    Approves of CEO

    Pros

it's more global now and if you can speak well for yourself and play politics you can go far and have a comfortable position. decent packages available and offices are good, even though in the middle of nowhere.

    Cons

the constant change of focus makes it hard to make a difference + it's a very hierarchic organization where your opinions aren't always appreciated. HR process mostly ridiculous, no subject matter experts part of process. there are quite a few cendant folks around in that know how to play the game and rotate items in order to sit comfortably. this is not helping progress. there's also some nepotism in the hallways these days.

    Advice to Management

suggest less change and more continuity, more open internal approach, encourage and reward employees for bringing ideas to the table. steve holmes is improving towards wall street, the risk may more be with the lower CEOs, like in hotel group.
