Pros

Best resort in Vegas. Clients you meet will compensate you for the effort you put in. Gives you a chance to build a client base that will follow you and continue to spend money.

Cons

No direction. Hard for advancement. the managers are competent but the overall director has no clue. on occasion you will feel that you are just free marketing.

    I worked at Wynn Resorts full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    Good working environment, commensurate pay and employees taken care of with necessary training.

    Cons

    They'll find all kinds of tricks not to pay commission. They like to fired people, managers call it "Step stone" it's a revolving door, most people only last a few weeks, QA is unreasonable, computers are very slow. The thing is that once you are in there is hard to transfer to a different department.

    Advice to Management

    You should support your team instead of going into a ego power trip.
