    Disapproves of CEO

    Pros

For the most part, the coworkers were great to work for. I am not sure the company has an appreciation for the people dedicating themselves to the company.

    Cons

They are reinventing themselves or maybe just slimming down for a sale of the company. These changes cause chaos and layoffs.

    Advice to Management

Treat people like you would want to be treated.

    Doesn't Recommend
    Disapproves of CEO

    Pros

Regular paycheck, heated and air conditioned work environment.

    Cons

No raises, limited or politically motivated employee recognition. No on call pay or compensation for exempt employees. Benefits suck for the most part. Salaries are not in line with industry/ regional standards. Long work hours with no recognition of sacrifice of personal time.

    Advice to Management

If you want to make XO one of the top 100 places to work break loose with some merit increases and improve benefits to be inline with other top employers. Stop being concerned with cutting benefits and staff in order to make your own bonus and be more concerned with the welfare and happiness of the folks who actually do the work.
