Pros

The scheduling was flexible. There were a broad range of hours for people to work from 6:00 AM to 11:00 PM six days a week and 10:00 to 5:00 on Sundays.

Cons

There was high turnover. Promotions were based on favoritism instead of qualifications, experience, or seniority. There was a lack of organization.
