    Pros

    The best part of the job is that you will learn how to sell or you won't survive. Its a trial by fire, until you figure it out.

    Cons

    Favoritism by sales staff on handing out clients to less high performing trainers because it is easier to give them to them or they are friends.

    Advice to Management

    Management need to get the club to work together as one unit rather than a bunch of segmented parts that are not communicating.

    Pros

    Xsport is a great place to start your career as a trainer and understand the business of personal training. Most trainers believe training is an easy job but do not realize that you are operating a busines within a business. The general public is very aware of the benefits of exercise and XSport offers trainers continuing education to become successful.The money money that is available is good along with benefits.Full time for the average trainer is 32 hours per week. With over 23 locations to choose from in the Chicago area, the possibilities are endless. Xsport is also 24 hours.

    Lack of knowledge of the west coast way of operating health clubs

    Advice to Management

    Be able to change as you grow and with new club net operating costs are important but dont let that out weigh the people you invest in
