I have been working at Xchanging full-time

Pros

The opportunities available to move around the company and gain experience across a number of industries is superb. Having been through some troubled times, the collaboration and desire to turn the business around is quite something and it is fantastic to be a part of making it a success.

Cons

Reward and recognition still out of kilter with amount of work put in by some.

Advice to Management

Walk the talk.

I worked at Xchanging full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

There is no reason to work with Xchanging except if there is no other job available in the market.

    Cons

Poor management and leadership specially talking about Bangalore office.
Management team makes rules which suit them without thinking about employees.
This is the company which works even on strike's or bharat bandh more interestingly even if there is no work.
This is the only organisation which provides long training to you, approximate 2 - 3 month's a year and at the end do not shock if you find yourself with no knowledge (Poor trainer's)
If you like to see new face's everyday this is the best place for you, because attrition level is horrible.
Work hard get lot of promises from your supervision and at the end of year they kill you with something known as KRA (Key result area).
HR department is the worst i feel because they are influenced by all other department and they do not have any decision making power.

    Advice to Management

just leave the company for the betterment of xchanging
