Coworkers are friendly and more than willing to help; supportive work environment; large and brand new clinic space; social clubs; high diversity in the workforce
Cons
New management has increased workload (RBT's are now responsible for ALL admin duties - billing, scheduling, paperwork, cancellations, finding subs, keeping up on credentials) without increasing pay; No opportunity for BCBA Supervision (no supervision program); limited number of BCBA's (there is only one, and they are also the interim director/clinic director); most supervisors are BCaBAs, live elsewhere in the country and use Telehealth to provide services/oversight; does not pay a living wage even for full time employees that have been with the company for 5+ years
