    Pros

Still the best Technology....Good people who try.

    Cons

Corporate cuts so deep customers are not supported. Reports to management about process inefficiencies fall on deaf ears. No loyalty to employees. You are truly a cog in a machine. Upper management manages from fear and threats for your job. For a company who supposedly embraces Lean Six Sigma we have the worst processes imaginable requiring sales people to spend 80% of their work week in front of the computer and on the phone trying to get pricing approvals and deal reviews approved. I can only compare it to the bureaucracy of the US Government.... All territories are not the same. Unreasonable sales quotas set for territories which cannot support them.

    Pros

Blue chip company with excellent reputation Experienced management and colleagues Top-notch training Excellent on-boarding, benefits and recognition structure Excellent reputation-Legacy accounts and customers love the products and employees Well-positioned as a remote employer to not skip a beat during the pandemic

    Cons

Regarded as a bit old school. Seems to have missed the boat when it comes to new products and business opportunities. Focused on retaining current vs garnering new cusomers. The company seems to be led by marketing and engineering, taking them further away from customer requirements and new business
