    Benefits, co-workers, work/family balance
    Xerox has taken a serious downturn over the last 5 years. Management is totally dysfunctional. Senior management has totally lost credibility, and middle management will knows it but will not dare say a word. Employees are left out in the cold to fend for themselves against unethical business practices. No pay increases for employees yet Ursula Burns gets a 3% raise on her multi-million dollar salary for her dismal performance. Revenues are down, moral at an all time low, stock price down, broken processes and customer dissatisfaction. What a shameful end to what was once a great American story.

    Advice to Management

    Look at yourselves in the mirror. You know that you are driving the company into the ground for your own personal gain. You are getting huge salaries, traveling all around the world first class, all expenses paid. All at the demise of a great company and thousands of good employees. Read these reviews and see what your people think of you. Board of Directors - WAKE UP!

    training sometimes. not much else

    Cons

    Xerox is more concerned with xerox than it is with its customers. They have an awful service call center overseas that all our customers complain about. Instead of fixing the problem they have their service reps try to talk the customers into giving them a good survey. The R&D department has been shut down.

    Advice to Management

    stop hiding in your office and go meet your customers !!!
    compensate the people who talk face to face with your customers or they wont be YOUR customers for much longer. stop making xerox such a controlling and difficult company to work for.
    ceo went from 9.9mil in 2009 to 10.6mil in 2010, yet i havent had a raise in 3yrs.
