    I have been working at Xerox full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    convenient location,adequate training and cheap coffee are about the only positives that come to mind. the 20 word minimum for "pros" should be waived for this company.

    Cons

    HR/Recruiting and the new hire training staff do a great job painting the rosy prospects. But, once you are out of the classroom, "the jig is up". What was initially laid out as a clear cut base hourly rate + achievable incentive & bonus. quickly disappears when you realize it's as constantly moving target that is never clearly communicated. Be very careful & stay away, unless you can survive on $9/hr.

    the parking situation is absurd. the expectation that they expect female employees to walk, un-escorted, nearly 1/4 mile in at 1 a.m. in the morning after a shift should tell you what value is placed on the employee.

    Advice to Management

    Tell people the truth, treat them with respect, expect the best of them, not the worse and you won't have such a terrible problem with turnover
