I have been working at Xerox full-time (More than a year)

Pros

Martin Luther Kings Birthday Off, Call Center Reps are enjoyable to work with. Some management is OK but the majority, I wouldn't pay a penny for.

Cons

No pay raise in 4 years, incompetent management, clicks, no back bone in management, no support for the Call Center Reps, no positive feedback, discrimination.

Advice to Management

Get rid of the clicks and act like mature responsible adults. Support your teams not with just words but with actions. Get rid of existing management....No BACK Bone

    I worked at Xerox full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

    Can work from home, generally nice coworkers, opportunities to travel.

    Cons

    Poor compensation. The CEO and upper management constantly sacrifice customer and employee satisfaction to meet quarterly goals. The CEO has never worked for another company in her entire life and it shows. Poor work/life balance, and lousy offices.

    I have been working at Xerox full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

    Possible to arrange flexible work hours with a manager if you have a compelling circumstance.

    Cons

    No prospects for upward mobility since the organization has flattened out, especially if you are not in the main campus in Rochester NY. Significant reduction in benefits over the years, thus effectively reducing the total pay. Lack of job security: there is a layoff almost every year.
