    Pros

Great co-workers, interesting work, lots of room for growth.

    Cons

A diversity of different non-intuitive systems for things like expense reporting, health benefits, learning, etc. Confusing and not overly responsive.

    Advice to Management

Consolidate all your online services into one easy-to-use portal

"Great name, with many very good professional sales people, but locked in a copier sales mentality or model."

I have been working at Xerox full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Great Training. Very good professional sales people. Well known brand.

    Cons

As the transition from copier sales to business solutions, too many of their legacy Sales Directors come from the copier sales world. They do not understand the difference between copier sales and business solutions. They have failed in the major metro market places such as NY-Metro, Texas, and Southern California to gain market-share. Xerox relies too much on current account base.

    Advice to Management

Transition, flush, or retrain some of the MPS directors. They cannot build pipelines or have never sold MPS themselves. Xerox will continue to see declining sales in MPS.
