    Pros

    The absolute best part about working for Xerox Litigation Services is the people. Everyone is friendly and works collaboratively to accomplish team goals. There are also plenty of opportunities to grow and learn new things.

    Cons

    There were some long days, but it is a fun environment and there is a real sense of camaraderie on the client services team.

    Advice to Management

    Increase opportunities for two-way communication.

    Pros

    decent pay for position decent benefits

    Cons

    Management is incompetent, allowing an ex employee get hired to their client which is obvious conflict of interest. Management writing checks they cannot backup. They let their alligator mouth outshine their humming bird @@@. Always giving their techs a near impossible task and wonder why you cannot complete the task. Made a lead tech a "acting supervisor" role and did not even give him the job after months of stress, pure pathetic politics.

    Advice to Management

    Stand behind your employees, especially the ones that actually cared and did their job up to par.
