The absolute worst company to work for or be a part of.

    Pros

None. They pay little, expect you to bend over backwards to help them, but stab you in the back every chance they get. This company is run by morons with no more education than a high school diploma.

    Cons

Too many to list. The management is just vile. They screw employees over all the time. Don't ever ask for personal time, you'll get written up or fired. No such thing as work life balance here, only work work balance. All take, no give from management. I am not a bitter ex-employee, just an observer with a spouse that worked there.

    Pros

Blue chip company with excellent reputation Experienced management and colleagues Top-notch training Excellent on-boarding, benefits and recognition structure Excellent reputation-Legacy accounts and customers love the products and employees Well-positioned as a remote employer to not skip a beat during the pandemic

    Cons

Regarded as a bit old school. Seems to have missed the boat when it comes to new products and business opportunities. Focused on retaining current vs garnering new cusomers. The company seems to be led by marketing and engineering, taking them further away from customer requirements and new business
