    No opinion of CEO

I worked at Xerox full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

The Leads & Associates were great people to work with, and the work itself was fairly easy.

    Cons

Management was terrible, and rarely cared for the opinions of the people below them (including the Leads in most cases). There had been no performance reviews, let alone raises in the 5 years before I left (roughly from 2008-2013). There was a revolving door of people, as they kept driving people out the door with poor attitudes, and virtually no real training. There was a lot of friction between shifts, especially between 2nd & 3rd against 1st, with little real cooperation between shifts.

    Advice to Management

Try listening to the people that are actually on the floor doing the real work. Try giving the people raises & incentives. More & better training would be great, as would keeping promises made to your employees. More attention to safety would also be nice (like maybe a fire drill every now & then). And try to understand that most of the employees do not exist just to work there, as most actually have lives outside of work.

I worked at Xerox full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

6 weeks of training to handle customers on the phone. Helped with the basics but felt lost on the computers. Quick promotional opportunities said to be available.

    Cons

Call center workers deal with a lot of customer dissatisfaction and customer abuse.

    Advice to Management

Need more computer based training to effectively deal with customers.
