I have been working at Xerox full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Flexible schedule around core work hours. People are often passionate about their work want to do what's best for the company and treat others well. Work is often very interesting and pushing the bounds of technology.

    Cons

It's been years since most have seen a pay increase/promotion, combined with increasing cost of living and increasing healthcare costs results in net pay cut year over year... While senior management continues to receive huge bonuses.

Heavy losses of talent and experience due to layoffs and outsourcing. Heavy burden on those that are left to hold things together and rebuild.

    Advice to Management

Employees are the lifeblood of Xerox and driving force of innovation that keeps the company afloat. The company has bled enough talent and knowledge. Employees have lost faith. They're not a commodity or beasts of burden so stop treating them as such. Reinvest in the employees so the company can heal. And stop taking huge bonuses and telling employees that there's just not enough to share. It's bad form. If employees can't have increases/bonuses, neither should you. Step up and make the sacrifice or spread it around.

I have been working at Xerox full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Benefits and hours flexible no weekends.

    Cons

Compensation worst in the industry, you have to be perfect on the phones cant make any mistake you pratically have to be a robot not a human being. You get in trouble for not saying all information to the caller even if they are just inquiring about a specific subject in other words you have to talk and ask things which the caller doesnt need help with little things like that get u in trouble also if u forget to get a phone number for the caller or forget to say "i can help u with that" i know sounds ridiculous so u have to be perfect every month they will be on u about little stuff it gets old. The training is the worst too. There is no career growth even if ur told at the interview dont be fooled.

    Advice to Management

Management in this company also the worst i seen no support at all.
