    Free snacks I am unable to find anything else good to say about this company

    Cons

    Toxic, backstabbing and belittling. Upper Management is involved in EVERYTHING except learning how to treat employees with dignity and class. The pay was really good but upper management creates schemes and ways to deduct commission. You work so hard because the sales team is always undermanned but it’s often over looked by management tearing you down because you couldn’t make 300 outgoing calls per month. My advice...

    Advice to Management

    Stop micromanaging and trying to find ways to get work done for free. By doing so perhaps the turn around wouldn’t be so high.

    I have been working at Xtreme Lashes full-time for more than a year

    Pros

    Company management truly cares about the success of the company and their employees. Very open door policy. If employees give their best, company rewards them by giving all they can.

    Cons

    They have lengthy meetings, but I believe this is because as with many younger companies the CEO and Management want to ensure everything is going in the right direction.

    Keep up the good work and keep caring about your employees.
