I worked at YMCA full-time (More than 5 years)

Pros

Active, never boring, great people & clients you get to know.

Cons

A little tiring, pay is not that great but there is always room to move up

Advice to Management

It takes a long time, but eventually, if you are good at what you do, there is a possibility for advancement.

    They are a very fun and open company that will inspire you to do hard but rewarding work as well as reach out and help your community.

    Cons

    There can be very stressful and difficult times that you may feel like management doe not care about staff as much as they should.

    Care more about your staff and help them when they need it.
