Doesn't Recommend
Negative Outlook
No opinion of CEO

I worked at YMCA part-time (Less than a year)

Pros

Working with kids
Free membership
Gets you into schools (if you are looking for teaching jobs)

Cons

Hours are weird and really short
No opportunity to advance unless you know someone
Bad supervisors who are too young and immature
Pay

Advice to Management

Be careful about who you are hiring to be in charge of your after school programs. I live the kids, but the site supervisor was clueless and was too immature to be doing her job and be in charge of what was going on.
