Doesn't Recommend
No opinion of CEO

Pros

Ease of commute to work. Access to gym facilities

Cons

Management are complacent and never changes. They do not earn much and have no where to go so they have a bad attitude. None of them would survive in the corporate world. I have taught there for 10 years but it is of no consequence to them.

Advice to Management

Keep up with the times and other gyms

It's an inclusive environment and there is room for growth. Directors' are knowledgeable and and competent.

    Cons

Depending on the director and in my experience, micromanagement. Rapid implementation of programs without thoughtful review and mapping of program goals and purposes.

    Advice to Management

    Supervise but not micromanage
