    Pros

Great work environment to meet area folk
Learn how to work with all types of people and assist with their health and wellness

    Cons

Pay and future advancement within one location is very difficult as they traditionally hire really young people which in itself is ok. The culture is really different.

    Advice to Management

Keep training and listening to your employees, part time and full time ones. Diversity at ALL levels is the key!

    Pros

I liked working there because the work load was simple however it did have a level of monontany. Its great for while you're going to school because they look out for your studies and work around your schedule.. It does have to be kind of flexible. i guess it just comes down to the manager

    Cons

the cons were that the job was slow after awhile. they also deman a lot of work for not a lot of pay. you have to be willing to operat on their request. they like to have someone that is willing to come in when needed. as a sor of on call basis.

    Advice to Management

i think it would be beneficial if there was certain degree requirement when working there. it seems as though they lack the management training. i know that they cant afford a excessively achieved/degree'd candidate but they really can't just hire anybody.
