    No opinion of CEO

    Pros

Great co-workers, interesting work, kind of fun and challanging

    Cons

Micro Managers galore. Be prepared to have your phone calls monitored, your whereabouts tracked 8 hours per day, "did you do this, did you do that"........they have major fear you're not doing your job and like to exhibit management by terrorism to the nth degree.

    Advice to Management

Take a look at your massive turnover and get a clue that all the attrition is due to micro management.

"Horrible company no culture or leadership"

    Current Employee - Anonymous Employee

    Pros

Constant turnover which means you inherit accounts, free money. Decent commission structure, IPAD,

    Cons

Because there is high turnover, you inherit other people's accounts and if you are in the fourth quartile as a result of bad accounts, you are held accountable for an account you never trouched, lack of leadership and trust from management. Managers either have gotten demoted or fired. Upper management has no idea on how to lead.

    Advice to Management

Update your products, create a company culture, and get to know your sales people and come up with real solutions
