I worked at YWCA full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

    1. Very special co-workers who are dedicated and passionate about what they do.
    2. Employees have pportunities to grow and learn as a person and as an employee.

    Cons

    1. The stress that comes from working with people who have concerns that impact their ability to function is always a challenge. It is good to be able to discuss situations with co-workers and supervisors.
    2. Did the employees at the C Street location ever get an actual lunchroom? They may have since I left.

    Advice to Management

Stay connected with your employees. Truly listen to what the people on the front lines think, what they feel and what they need to do their jobs. This may be better since I worked there.

  2. "Nice coworkers and managers, easy work, but mediocre pay."
