    No opinion of CEO

    Pros

Company is supportive - Yahoo encourages and fosters new ideas and technologies and rewards employees for creating new stuff. Many great peers to work with.

    Cons

Many not so great people to work with. There is a little too much politics in the company. There is a sort of identity crisis for the company - trying to reclaim former glory.

    Advice to Management

I really have no advice for management other than to focus on hiring and rewarding the best talent. Don't let Yahoo slip into a has been company.

    Pros

A company with a lot of great history, interesting technology, and a few dedicated and smart people. Generally good pay, perks, and total compensation.

    Cons

A lot of people are complacent. While there are new products launched with regularity, few of them are noteworthy. The company is very interested in protecting their revenue, but not very interested in innovation.
